These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Business Scope

Fasa Apparel operates as a B2B apparel manufacturer and supplier, specializing in sportswear, fitness wear, outerwear, and essentials. Our services are intended for business clients, retailers, and organizations, not individual consumers.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
Prices are provided in official quotations and may vary based on materials, customization, and quantities.
Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in paused production or withheld shipments.
For bulk/custom orders, advance payment may be required before production begins.

3. Production & Delivery

Lead times are estimated and communicated before order confirmation.
While we strive to deliver on schedule, delays due to supply chain, shipping, or unforeseen events are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the client’s responsibility.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the client once goods are shipped.

4. Customization & Approvals

Custom designs, logos, or samples must be approved by the client before mass production.
Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional costs or extended lead times.
Fasa Apparel is not liable for errors in client-provided artwork, logos, or sizing details.

5. Returns & Refunds

As a B2B manufacturer, we do not accept returns on custom or bulk orders.
Claims for defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
If verified, replacements or partial credits may be provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and materials provided by the client remain the client’s property.
Fasa Apparel reserves the right to showcase generic, non-branded product samples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Unauthorized reproduction of our content, website materials, or product images is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fasa Apparel shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or business losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific order in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, financial, or technical information exchanged during the partnership unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Pakistan]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in

10. Updates to Terms
